I recently purchased a locking cabinet - without a key. I couldn’t find a replacement cylinder on line, so I went to B & B. It was astounding - they were open; the woman knew exactly what I needed and what to do. Within five minutes I was able to walk out the door with two keys - for about half the price of a new cylinder.
I will go there each and every time I need anything lock related; we’re already set up to re-key three doors at my new house.

He drove all the way out to meet me, just to find that my wet key had dried enough to start working again! Didn't charge me anything even though I sorta ended up wasting his time... wonderful lady on the phone was nice and helpful, the tech was early and friendly and just an all around amazing experience that saved me $200! 10/10 recommend
